About BilagPilot
BilagPilot is built for small accounting firms that spend too much time chasing missing receipts, reminding clients and keeping track before deadlines.
We are building BilagPilot for one concrete problem: documentation that does not arrive when it should. Many firms already have good accounting systems, but receipts still end up in email threads, SMS messages, folders and random channels. That makes it hard to know what is missing, who has been reminded and what has actually been received.
BilagPilot gathers this flow in one place: requests, secure upload links, reminders, deadlines, status and history.
What we are building
BilagPilot is a focused document-chasing portal for accounting firms. The goal is not to replace Tripletex, Fiken, PowerOffice or other accounting systems. The goal is to make the work before bookkeeping cleaner.

What we are not

BilagPilot is not OCR.
BilagPilot does not do AI bookkeeping.
BilagPilot is not a heavy client portal.
Why BilagPilot exists
Accountants should spend their time on work that actually creates value for the client. Still, a lot of time disappears into small, repeated tasks: "Can you send the receipt?", "This attachment is missing", "Has the client replied?", "Who sent the last reminder?"
Each reminder seems small. Across many clients and many deadlines, it becomes a steady burden. BilagPilot is built to make this part more structured, more traceable and less frustrating.

BilagPilot is best suited for small accounting firms that:
